• GCash account number or registered mobile number;
• Maya (PayMaya) account details;
• Bank account details (bank name, account number) for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, or other Philippine banks;
• Debit card details (card number, expiry – stored in tokenized form only);
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction history;
• Account balance and gaming activity records.

2.4 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session duration, pages visited, and features used on the Platform;
• Login timestamps and access logs;

11 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction

The pinasbet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. pinasbet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If pinasbet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. Any winnings or balances associated with an underage account will be forfeited.
