8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pinasbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10.1 By pinasbet. pinasbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 By You. You may close your pinasbet account at any time by contacting pinasbet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
